In eight years at our practice, our contact sales never seemed quite right.  I couldn't quite understand the issue, until I started filling in for office manager once a week.  Then it became clear.  Our staff was great with service, and our customers loved them for it.  But, sales, that was a challenge.  And our EHR made it nearly impossible to get a quote quickly.  This is our third EHR, and we are proud to be a paper free office - so it wasn't like there was a perfect EHR to solve this.

So I created a web app, rather than throw money at training employees who I thought do a pretty great job.  Sales grew at a 50% growth rate the following year.  I knew I had a product that others out there needed.
